Our Quilt Show committee is busy making plans for the 2018 Quilt Show on February 23rd and 24th at the Wickham Park Community Center. The theme will be “Pieces of Our Lives.”
Our quilt show includes many exciting opportunities for attendees.
Visit the Book Nook for gently used items such as books, patterns, and notions. We will have quilt blocks and many more items available for purchase.
Browse our Gift Shop for new items and handmade treasures from our Seaside members.
The Café will have food available for purchase. Menu items include:

Our beautiful Opportunity Quilt is a stunner named “Mornings Glory.” A special thanks to Suzy Prickett, Priscilla Kalajian, Laurel Merrill, and Kathy Medley for their parts in making the quilt and to Linda Hahn for the pattern. Devereux is our charity for the Opportunity Quilt.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is one of the largest and most advanced behavioral healthcare organizations in the country, offering a unique model that connects the latest scientific and medical advancements to practical, effective interventions in the treatment of behavioral health. Founded in 1912, Devereux is a national nonprofit partner for individuals, families, schools and communities, serving many of the most vulnerable members of our society in areas of autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, specialty mental health, and child welfare. Devereux Florida, a regional center of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, operates a broad continuum of services throughout the state. Program and services include a child/adolescent psychiatric hospital, statewide inpatient psychiatric program, therapeutic group homes, intellectual/developmental disabilities group homes, treatment foster care, traditional foster care, child welfare case management, outpatient counseling, prevention services and specialized services for sexually exploited youth – serving more than 5,000 individuals per day.
Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.
The drawing for the quilt will be Saturday, February 21 at approximately 3:30 pm. You need not be present to win.
Many baskets and Items made by members can be bid on. Winners will be announced on Saturday, February 24 at approximately 3:45 pm. You need not be present to win.
Small Quilt Raffle
Look for your favorite small quilt and purchase tickets at $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. Drawing will be Saturday, February 24 at approximately 3:40 pm.
Admission pre-sale tickets will go on sale in September 27, 2017. The cost is $8.00. Admission at the door is $10. Contact Sue Carlson at firstname.lastname@example.org

This award is determined by the viewer’s votes. Please help us by indicating the number of your favorite which will receive a ribbon at approximately 4:00 pm on Saturday, February 21. The ballot will be in your program book. Ballot box will be at the door where you enter and leave.
Would you like to see the back of a quilt? Look for one of our volunteers wearing white gloves and she will assist you. Please do not touch the quilts without a glove. Thank you.
